2
What approach is best for you?
I’ll share about my therapeutic approach and provide insight about what therapy with me may look like.
3
Find the right fit.
Feel free to ask any questions that may help you get a better idea of whether we would be a good fit for working together, based on your needs and preferences.
If you’re feeling like we’re a good match, we can then schedule an initial session.

FAQs
How Much Does Therapy Cost?
Therapy sessions range from $175-$200 for intake/ individual sessions.
Do You Take Insurance?
I am in network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Choice plans as well as Aetna plans. To make sure we are in-network with your insurance provider and find out what your cost, co-pay, or deductible may be, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly.
If you have insurance and are not covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield or Aetna, you may be able to use your out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy services. In most instances, to use your out-of-network benefits you will be responsible for paying the full fee for each session and submitting a “Superbill”, or invoice of our services, to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We will provide a monthly Superbill for you to submit. Please check with your insurance provider directly to see if your plan has out-of-network benefits and what percentage of the fee is covered.
When considering whether or not to use insurance, please keep in mind that insurance companies require clinicians to submit a mental health diagnosis as part of a claim. If this is not something you’re comfortable with, self-pay may be a better option.
How Do I Choose The Right Therapist?
When trying to decide whether a therapist is a good fit for you, start by looking for therapists who have expertise in the specific areas you need help with, such as anxiety, depression or relationship issues etc. Then, consider the clinician's therapeutic approach (CBT, person-centered, psychodynamic, etc.) and see if it aligns with your preferences and needs. Affordability and logistics are important too; ensure the therapist accepts your insurance plan if you have one, or make sure the prices fit your budget. Additionally, consider factors like location and time availability to ensure practicality and convenience. Scheduling an initial phone consultation can really help you to see if you feel a sense of comfort or connection with the therapist. A strong therapeutic alliance is a key part of effective counseling.
